Terms of Use

Last updated October 16, 2026

By using portfolio.troylawrence.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

My work

Unless noted otherwise, the text, designs, illustrations, diagrams, code and other content on the site are © Troy Lawrence. You’re welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy, republish or present the work as your own without my written permission.

Employer and client work

Some case studies and brand work were created for employers and clients, including Cenergistic and Forte Payment Systems. Their names, logos and products are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only to describe my role, and their appearance doesn’t mean those companies endorse this site.

Guitar lesson diagrams

The guitar lesson diagrams are free for your own learning. Please don’t sell them or republish them without permission.

Prototypes and games

The research prototypes and games are experiments shared to show my design process. They may change, break or be removed at any time. Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. I try to keep things accurate and working, but I don’t guarantee that the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site or relying on its content.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
